Your data
Delete my account and data
Last updated 13 September 2026 · App: Dawamee (com.digitalpages.dawamee)
Personal records are stored on your device and can be removed by you. For Company mode, you can ask us to close access and delete data held by the service; your employer is involved where those records belong to them.
Delete Personal data on your device
In Android settings, open Dawamee’s app information and clear its storage, or uninstall the app. This removes the encrypted personal attendance, breaks, leave records, GPS stamps and notes. No email request or employer permission is needed: Personal mode has no server account and does not upload these records.
There is no online backup or server restore. If an encryption key becomes unavailable, the app reports the error without automatically erasing the existing records; clearing storage yourself will remove them. CSV files you previously exported are outside app storage and remain until you delete them separately from the place you saved or shared them.
Company mode: verify and request deletion
Enter your work email below. We will send a separate, one-time deletion code to verify that the address belongs to you. Confirming closes your Dawamee access, signs you out on all devices and records a request to review your employment data for deletion.
If the form does not load, you cannot receive a code, or you no longer have access to your work mailbox, contact app@digital-pages.dev with your name and company to arrange another verification method. Do not send passwords or identity documents in the initial email.
What happens to Company data
| Data | What we do |
|---|---|
| Your sign-in sessions and any pending one-time codes | Deleted after we verify your request. You are signed out everywhere. |
| Your mobile access grant | Dawamee access is blocked immediately. Your employer’s separate payroll grant is handled during review; it cannot override the Dawamee closure. |
| Your identity details in the app | Identity originates in payroll, which your employer controls. The attendance service also stores email in sign-in and session rows and an employee-name snapshot in leave requests. Those copies follow the deletion and retention rules for their records. |
| Attendance entries, breaks, leave requests and their location stamps | These form your employer's employment record. We delete them when your employer instructs us to, or where the law requires deletion. We pass every request on and follow the outcome up with you. |
| Deletion request and access-closure record | We retain your request, its outcome and a keyed fingerprint of the closed email to process the request and prevent accidental reopening. Requesting deletion does not automatically erase records in your employer’s separate payroll system. |
| Database backups | Deleted data disappears from backups as they roll off, within 14 days. |
| Data on your phone | Uninstalling the app removes the stored session token and your saved language, appearance and lock settings. You can do this yourself at any time. |
Why your employer is involved
Your attendance record exists because your company records working time, and labour and tax rules usually require employers to keep such records for a set period. We run the service on their behalf and cannot erase their employment records on our own. What we can always do immediately is end your access and delete your sign-in data — and pass your deletion request to them in writing.
How long it takes
- We acknowledge your request within 7 days.
- Access and sign-in data are removed as soon as we have verified the request.
- We complete the request, or explain precisely what is being retained and why, within 30 days.
If you only want to stop using Company mode
You do not need a deletion request for that. Sign out in the app and uninstall it; ask your administrator to revoke your mobile access if you want the grant closed as well. Your past attendance stays in your employer's records either way.
